Job Description

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representatives. This is a full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, community outreach, event marketing, and public engagement.

About the Role

As a Donor Engagement Representative, you will represent nonprofit organizations at fundraising events, outreach campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. You will gain real-world experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, community outreach, event marketing, and public relations while developing professional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at fundraising events and outreach initiatives
  • Engage with donors, supporters, and community members in a professional and friendly manner
  • Share information about charitable programs, missions, and fundraising campaigns
  • Encourage donor participation and community involvement in nonprofit initiatives
  • Assist with event setup, guest engagement, and promotional activities
