Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Hotel , is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing Strategy to lead digital demand generation, strengthen brand positioning, and drive topline revenue growth. This hands-on leader will align strategy with execution, partnering closely with resort leadership to increase awareness, optimize performance, and expand market share.
The Director of Marketing Strategy is a highly hands‑on role responsible for driving awareness, demand, and direct bookings for the resort through digital channels. This position owns the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on brand storytelling, guest acquisition, and revenue growth. The role works closely with resort leadership, revenue management, sales, and external partners. Success measures include: budget achievement, increasing topline revenue, optimizing expenses and achieving channel/market share objectives.
As a member of the hotel’s Executive Committee reporting directly to the General Manager, this role requires regular interaction with hotel’s Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Finance, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Spa.

Essential Functions
Marketing and eCommerce Planning & Strategy
· Develop and own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets, to include all messaging, positioning and marketing strategies, understanding the impact to the hotel’s business mix, customer, and commercial strategy. Also delivers content and messaging that meets brand standards
· Serve as a thought leader on digital trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices
· Translate business objectives into measurable digital KPIs and performance benchmarks
Channel Management & Optimization
· Oversee digital channels including paid social, organic social, SEO, website, email, and marketing automation
· Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and customer experience across all digital touchpoints
· Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve engagement and ROI
· Collaborate with content, creative, and brand teams to produce high-quality digital assets
Data, Analytics & Performance
· Own digital analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards
· Use data and insights to make informed decisions, test new initiatives, and optimize campaigns
· Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
· Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
· Develop strategic digital marketing plans and establish annual marketing budgets along with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Spa.
Marketing plans should be annual, monthly and by segment of deployment inclusive of cost and digital deployment strategies through the review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management
· Collaborate with the Director of Sales to provide digital marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments, including but not limited to, BT (Business Transient) accounts, GDS, B2B Groups, and Luxury Consortia. Liaison with C&E (Catering & Events) Team to support menu design and B2B marketing efforts for local and group catering.
· Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Hotel, Ownership & Corporate Meetings, Presentations and Reports
· Prepare for and attend all strategic meetings, including weekly and/or monthly hotel executive committee meetings, ownership reviews and corporate hotel reviews weekly.
· In coordination with Revenue Management, present marketing activity and performance results utilizing supporting data and maintain a forward-looking analysis/plan and strategic direction in strategy meeting.
· Prepare for and attend all budget meetings.
Technology & Platforms
· Oversee marketing technology stack including CMS, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
· Identify and implement new tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Ability
· Extensive knowledge of digital and social media marketing communication mediums.
· Ability to perform critical analysis and to manage extensive amounts of information.
· Excellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external sales and marketing communication.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Ability to effectively navigate the enterprise and communicate with department heads, executive committee members, team members and corporate leaders.

Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree required. Emphasis in marketing and/or public relations preferred
· Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience:
· 7+ years of combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience.
· Prior experience analyzing marketing and eCommerce reports is required
· Prior hotel/travel industry experience preferred, but not required
· Prior luxury experience preferred, but not required
