The Opportunity

We're hiring a self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to prospect and close new business in the local market. This is a hunter role — you'll be out in the community meeting business owners, identifying their marketing pain points, and showing them how JTS Pro Marketing can solve them. If you thrive on building relationships, love the hustle of face-to-face selling, and want uncapped earning potential, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, and referrals
• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to assess their digital marketing needs
• Present and sell JTS Pro Marketing's services including SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, email marketing, and web design
• Close deals and onboard new clients in coordination with our fulfillment team
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent JTS Pro Marketing professionally in the local business community

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (digital marketing sales experience is a plus NOT NEEDED)
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills — you're not afraid to knock on doors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to clearly explain digital marketing concepts to non-technical business owners
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local area daily
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Smartphone and basic tech proficiency (CRM, email, video calls)

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential . You eat what you kill. Top performers in this role can earn significant income as our service packages offer strong margins and recurring revenue opportunities. Commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
