We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Information Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately typing and entering information into digital systems from various sources. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while supporting the organization with data processing and record maintenance.
Type and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and online systems
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Update existing records with new information when needed
Organize and maintain digital files and documents
Follow company guidelines for data entry and formatting
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Meet daily or weekly typing and data entry targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with typing
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing tools
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Strong attention to detail
Good time management and ability to work independently
Previous data entry or typing experience is a plus but not required
100% remote work (work from home)
