Position Summary:  

• To maintain outstanding customer service as per the Brands standards, process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently, be comfortable with cash register operations, and safeguard company assets. Works in assigned restaurant location as determined by management.

• Willingness to learn food and beverage knowledge

• Ability to operate cash register system and handle transactions accurately
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Commitment to following company policies, airport regulations, and safety protocols

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting, answering questions, and processing orders
• Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining proper change levels
• Performing barista and food preparation duties as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and organization of work areas
• Participating in daily side-work tasks and upholding uniform standards
