CREATIVE \ ART DIRECTOR

ROLE IMPACT
The Creative Art Director supports the internal creative team by concepting, designing, and executing multi-channel marketing materials for a global cosmetics brand. This role ensures visual excellence and brand consistency across print, digital, social media, packaging, and event collateral—driving cohesive storytelling and consumer engagement. Reporting to the ACD and Senior Art Director, this position is ideal for a designer eager to expand creative range in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design branded assets including print collateral, digital and social content, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing partners to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
• Develop sketches, layouts, and final design executions aligned with brand standards.
• Support packaging artwork creation, ensuring manufacturability and visual consistency.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Present creative work to internal clients and incorporate feedback efficiently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Figma or Canva (preferred)
• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with motion or web design tools (After Effects, XD).
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods branding.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic visual communication.
