Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators to coordinate lifting operations.
• Document daily activities, including maintenance logs and safety checks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent).
• Proven experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in crane operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
