The Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology RN Clinic Manager will guide operations in a high-performing catheterization and radiology wing that integrates cardiac cath, electrophysiology support, vascular and neuro-interventional suites, and advanced diagnostic imaging; within this catheterization and radiology clinic, the role serves as the administrative leader of a regional hospital clinic, provides oversight of several care specialties, thrives with a strong supportive team, and is proudly located in San Jose metropolitan region—delivering seamless throughput, coordinated pre- and post-procedural care, and excellent outcomes across ambulatory, inpatient, and hybrid procedural settings.

 
Reporting to a Director of Interventional Services, the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology RN Clinic Manager partners closely with Medical Directors of Cardiology and Interventional Radiology, perioperative leadership, imaging administrators, and quality teams to steer strategy, budgets, staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement; as the Clinical Leader, Cath Lab and IR, this role mentors charge nurses, educators, and coordinators; champions evidence-based practice and radiation safety; advances accreditation readiness; strengthens throughput and patient experience; supports supply chain and vendor relations for devices and imaging platforms; and benefits from a friendly nursing staff, collaborative physicians and APPs, and a diverse interprofessional team including radiologic technologists, CV techs, pharmacists, PT/OT, case managers, and social work—all aligned around safe, timely, and compassionate care.
