We are a two Michelin star Italian restaurant in San Francisco. The Role

We are looking for a Captain who brings energy, attentiveness, and real generosity of spirit to every shift. This is not a role for someone who clocks in and sticks to a checklist. Our restaurant runs on a pooled tip system, which means the whole team rises together — and we need people who embrace that fully.

You will be responsible for a section, but at a restaurant our size, everyone pitches in everywhere. Running food to another table, clearing an empty glass, prepping during down time, helping a colleague mid-rush — that's not extra credit, that's the job.

• Genuine warmth and polish with guests — you make people feel looked after
• Attentive and proactive: you notice what's needed before being asked
• Comfortable working in a refined, fast-paced fine dining environment
• A willingness to learn and be trained to our standards — experience matters less than attitude
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic on every shift

What We Offer

Compensation: Minimum wage plus percentage of 20% service charge.

Perks: Daily family meal, Kaiser benefits offered after 90 days of employment.
