Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to support our US IT staffing operations. The candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants who are on the bench and identifying suitable contract opportunities through vendors and clients. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of the US staffing process, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market bench consultants to clients, vendors, and implementation partners in the US IT staffing market.
Identify contract opportunities through job portals, vendor contacts, and networking.
Submit consultant profiles to vendors and clients based on matching job requirements.
Coordinate with consultants regarding interview schedules, project details, and feedback.
Maintain and regularly update the consultant database and vendor contact list.
Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors when required.
Track and manage submissions, interviews, and placements efficiently.
Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with vendors and clients.
Ensure proper documentation of RTS, visa status, and work authorization details.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of US IT staffing and bench sales processes.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
