Moon Star Kitchen and Bar is an elevated cocktail bar that also focuses on wine, whiskey and shareable dishes. We’re looking for experienced, passionate servers to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong cocktail knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Genuinely enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable moments
• Comfortable engaging with guests and offering thoughtful drink recommendations
• Brings positive energy and great conversation to the bar experience
• Experience with prep, batching, and maintaining a clean, organized bar
• A collaborative, team-first mindset

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Proven ability to build classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency
• Comfortable with service well and bar prep responsibilities
• Experience in guest engagement and upselling
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems (Toast), and food handling practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
