MYVA is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy AI Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing AI-powered athlete development platform. This role is ideal for someone experienced in startup operations, project coordination, CRM management, and AI-powered workflows.
* Role: Senior Virtual Assistant
* Schedule: Part-Time (10 hours/week)
* Industry: AI / Sports Technology / Startup
* Work Setup: Remote
* Track product roadmap, development tasks, and project progress
* Coordinate with developers using GitHub or similar collaboration tools
* Manage CRM pipelines, outreach tracking, and contact organization within HubSpot or similar platforms
* Organize partnerships, operational workflows, and testing feedback
* Maintain internal documentation, shared assets, and systems organization
* Support no-code MVP building and product updates using Lovable or similar AI/no-code platforms
* Assist with workflow automation and AI-powered productivity systems
* Proven experience as a Senior Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Project Coordinator
* Hands-on experience with GitHub or similar developer/project tracking platforms
* Familiarity with Lovable or other no-code/AI app-building tools
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
* Strong understanding of project management and workflow tools
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation workflows
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Startup or fast-paced work environment experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Experience supporting product development teams
* Knowledge of AI automation and workflow optimization
* Strong documentation and systems management abilities
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
