Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support for daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and able to work independently while managing routine administrative tasks.



 



 



 



 

Responsibilities



 



 

  • Respond to emails, messages, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with posting, updating, and managing online records and listings
  • Organize and maintain digital documents and files
  • Schedule appointments, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Track assigned tasks and provide basic progress updates
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle confidential information responsibly



 



 



 



 



 

Requirements



 



 

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or virtual assistant role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, documents, spreadsheets)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
