Join Tesla's innovative energy team and drive the sales of Autobidder, our cutting-edge utility energy optimization and trading software platforms across Europe! Collaborate closely with Megapack sales experts to deliver integrated solutions that revolutionize energy storage and renewables.

To be succesful in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of the energy industry, from electricity markets and renewables to energy storage systems, plus proven experience in technical software sales and energy asset optimization.

What You'll Do

Educate customers on the benefits of Tesla’s energy optimization and trading software and services Leverage sales team relationships with independent power producers, developers, and utilities to build a pipeline of energy optimization services opportunities within EMEAAchieve sales targets via negotiating and contracting Collaborate internally to define Tesla’s energy optimization offering scope, terms, and pricing, including developing complex financial structures and ensuring alignment with customer needs Contribute to the strategy for and preparation of tender responses, in collaboration with Tesla’s Megapack Sales teamMaintain quality pipeline data and provide reporting to management as neededAssess market dynamics and drivers in designated markets, offering crucial insights to the wider Tesla team for formulating and implementing optimal go-to-market strategies

What You'll Bring

4+ years of work experience in the electricity industry, with battery storage experience a strong plusDeep knowledge of electricity markets, energy trading, and analytical skills (e.g., complex pricing models, project economics, techno-economic optimizations, and quantitative risk analysis)Proven sales or business development expertise, focused on customer interactions, plus experience in structuring, negotiating, and contracting complex financial offersStrong communication skills to convey technical concepts and results to clients and internal teamsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsFluency in English and ideally another European language (Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish preferred); willingness to travel up to 25%A genuine passion for driving the global shift to sustainable energy
